Return & Refund Policy – Al Huda Herbal

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product arrived damaged or broken during delivery.
  • Your order is missing a product or is incomplete.
  • The product has a serious packaging or sealing issue.
  • The product is materially different from what was shown or described on our store.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, we generally do not accept returns for products that:

  • Have been opened, used, consumed, or tampered with.
  • Have a damaged, removed, or broken seal.
  • Are returned without their original packaging.
  • Have been damaged after delivery because of improper storage or handling.
  • Are returned simply because the customer changed their mind, unless otherwise approved by Al Huda Herbal.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name and phone number
  • Product name
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A short video if the issue cannot be clearly shown in photos

Our team will review your request and let you know whether the return or replacement is approved.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24–48 hours of delivery.

We may ask you to provide photographs or a video showing:

  • The outer parcel
  • Shipping label
  • Product packaging
  • Damaged or incorrect item

If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Replacement Policy

If a replacement is approved, we will arrange delivery of the correct or replacement product.

Replacement availability depends on stock. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution or refund where appropriate.

6. Refund Policy

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will inform you about the status of your refund.

If a refund is approved, the refund amount will depend on the circumstances of the return and the payment method used for the order.

Original delivery charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong product or an item arriving damaged.

7. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product caused before or during delivery, Al Huda Herbal may cover the applicable return or replacement shipping cost.
  • If a return is approved for another reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

8. Unaccepted or Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept a correctly dispatched order or provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, any applicable delivery or return charges may be deducted from the refund.

9. Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been processed, packed, or dispatched. In such cases, the order may be subject to our return conditions.
